After years of long hours at large firms in Richmond, VA, we found ourselves disconnected—from our families, our friends, and the passions that once inspired us. We realized we weren’t alone. Many small business owners we knew were facing the same challenge: they started their companies to gain freedom and flexibility, but somewhere along the way, time slipped away.

We knew it was time for a change.
